The governing body of Steward Capital Partners Limited is The Board of Directors. The Board have the authority in establishing company rules and regulations.
Ordinarily, Decision-making is vested in the Board and the Board can delegate authority as it deems fit to the Managing Director and or the Executive Management Team as it so desires.
Final Decision making in Steward Capital Partners Limited is VESTED in the members in GENERAL-MEETING . It is this organ that appoints and fix remunerations for Steward Capital’s Board, External Auditors and General Counsel.
Steward Capital Members in general meeting, as the final decision making body, also ratifies and sanctions all Board actions, and the Board at all times must act and work within such powers.
