Steward Capital Partners Limited Has Appointed Two Directors Awaiting the Securities & Exchange Commission’s Approval.

Steward Capital Partners announces for the information of the general public that, it has appointed two new directors to its Board. This follows the resignation of the Acting Chairman, Mr. Richard Akwa Nunoo, from the Board, effective the 20th of July 2016.

The two directors are Messrs. Francis Kwame Kumah and Michael Opare-Dankwah. Mr. Kumah currently work with the Bank of Ghana in the Statistic  department and has over 30years of experience in the banking sector. He started works with the Bank of Ghana as a research assistant and rose through the ranks to become the Head of the Statistics Department. He comes onboard as the new Chairman.

Opare-Darkwah currently works with Airtel Ghana as Head of internal Audit. Before joining Airtel Ghana, he previously worked  Databank financial services as an investment banker., where he join as a finance officer and rose through the ranks to become a Vice President before he left and joined Airtel Ghana.

The two new appointees are expected to bring their combined rich experience in the banking and investment banking for the development of Steward Capital.
